As I am leading strategic and as I am proactive rather than reactive, new regulation from MOHR has been released which to be effective within 180 days, designed the plan with the HR Team to pipeline the required Saudi Talents ahead of time, our nationalization score has been marinated and achieve 100% of required level, we managed to keep the platinum highest rated level.
